This new condo project sits at the former Serangoon Ville HUDC in Serangoon North Avenue 1, which was sold en bloc in July 2017.

Affinity At Serangoon is situated at the corner of Serangoon North Avenue 1. Drivers will immediately see this new project when traveling from Yio Chu Kang Rd towards Sengkang.
